You are allowed to add up to 5 Blogs on your account!
Nothing's easier, just login, then you'll see the "Add/Edit a blog" link.
Once you have clicked on this link, you'll see the "Add a new blog".
The "Add/Edit a blog" page allows you to delete or edit your blogs.
